Beautiful, large, quite a bit of a walk to get to. Once you arrive your treated nicely by front desk clerk. The clerk will take you back into the locker room where you'll receive your warm robe, and rubber sandals. They offer large lockers with keypad. The restroom is huge lots of showers that offer shampoo and conditioner, razors, q tips, lotion, hair spray, tampons. If you have a treatment you can arrive early or stay after. They have a private dimly lit jacuzzi with working fireplace, steam room, sauna, relaxation chairs. They offer a variety of complimentary refreshments including pretzels, oranges, apples, butter cookies, cucumber water, and tea. My massage therapist was very nice. She did an incredible job making me feel relaxed, spent time on my legs, arms, lower back, neck, shoulders, and a skull massage. You are given a selection of essential oils to choose from for aroma therapy. I chose grapefruit. She used hot compresses, the pressure was just right, and I was guided into a complete state of relaxation. Her lotions were magical, nourishing, and luxuriously silky. My skin drank it up. After my 50 minute essential massage I spent a couple hours soaking up all the private access. Was glad I was given pool passes. I was upset that the time went by so quickly and it left me wishing I was wealthy so I could afford to go everyday. Regardless I was a happy customer. The price was a bit high, plus tip. But worth every second. Highly recommended.

This worse experience I have had. My honeymoon was going great until I got here. I booked a king size room weeks prior and when I arrived they told me they had no king size so I had to get two queens. Got to the room and the bathroom was dirty and the toilet seat was broke, and a shoe was from previous vist was in the room under bed. Immediately called front dresk who said they was sending a housekeeper and plumber up. 3 hours later and 3 calls later no plumber or house keeper. Went down to front desk and asked for a manager to switch room but they wouldn't let me speak to the manager or switch rooms. They did finally send a plumber to fix toilet but no housekeeper. Im glad I keep clorox and cleaning supplies in my vehicle. Went to speak to manager next morning and was told I should of spoke to a manager last night, although I tried and even went down to front desk in person...smh...manager called his self upgrading me to a king size bed but that was what I had originally booked in the beginning anyway...no discount was offered off for the dirty room or our inconvenience...I am very disappointed and wouldn't refer anyone to stay her especially for a very special occassion.

I recently visited this spa and was quite disappointed with the experience. The steam room was out of order and the pool was closed due to a private event (none of this was communicated upfront). Additionally, the advertised service prices were misleading, with hidden fees tacked on at checkout. Customers should be aware of the price prior to service if the Spa intends to add surcharges (front desk lady said everything is $20 more on weekends. I still do not see this noted on the spa website like she said it was). The facial I received was very nice, but the total experience was not worth the price. Overall, I felt the spa did not deliver the relaxing experience I was hoping for, and the lack of transparency made it even more frustrating.
