I absolutely love their spa experience - it’s a nice getaway that feels far from the city yet is not. Facility is new and I especially love how they supply liquid mask and scrubs on site. There are definitely enough rooms and enough variety to keep yourself entertained for a few hours. The caveat is the food. They offer a cold buffet (40+ per person) and hot buffet (50+ per person) They wouldn’t let you preview the buffet and that’s basically the only place you can eat on the island apart from cold sandwich options (20+). The price is fine if the food is decent, but food is really not great. We had the hot buffet and they force you to have someone serve you (at a buffet!) when you want hot food (pasta, soup, rice). The cold food looks like it’s been out for a long time (oxidation on the meat). Would highly suggest you eat before coming here or bring some cold food yourself.

Exceeded our expectations by far. Looking at the website and Instagram—we didn’t realize there was so much to do. SO many stations—several saunas, steam rooms, hydrotherapy rooms and pools. Then the relaxation rooms: waterbeds, salt, lavender, butterfly. The eye mask and foot mask experiences. The buffet was included in our package and it was good. The ferry rides are included. I think a fire performance happened. The maps don’t really detail everything so it’s good to talk to the staff (around every turn) to see what’s going on, where to go and make sure you don’t miss anything. Unlike other bath houses, there is no cold plunge or infrared sauna that we saw. The staff is so attentive and sweet. The decor is beautiful and fun at the same time. My photos don’t do it justice. Very clean. Smells amazing. We learned that this is the 1 US location and there are like 10 more in Italy. Feels like a European-run establishment. We will be back.

Nice and beautiful spa! You pay for the views. It is a bit pricey but if you want to relax, it's a good place to go with a partner or a group. The bags is a nice touch.The layout is okay but the drinks are great. The pool and massage were my favorite things to do. My recommendations would be to have bigger changing rooms, robes with pockets and more ferry times and easier access from Bay Ridge.
