Dezzy, Dezzy, Dezzy. Thank you!!! this was my first massage and you left an excellent impression. You want to feel brand new after your massage book with her! I didn’t know what I was walking into but I know what I’m coming back to. She asked me what I did for work to better understand my problem areas, her hands are so soft and her elbows are soooooooo perfect for tension! I was able to relax and enjoy my hour with her. 12:01pm to 1:01pm I will be back to see her once a month! Smooth Check in. Easy Exit. Very friendly. Money well spent Excellent customer service Very helpful to the body!

I recently visited for a sixty minute couples massage and had a wonderful experience overall. The atmosphere was incredibly relaxing, and the ambiance made it easy to unwind. My massage therapist, Sonia, was excellent. She applied plenty of pressure while at the same time being attentive and receptive to my needs. She clearly cared about my comfort and relaxation. The massage itself was fantastic, and I left feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. The only downside was the timing. Our appointment was for 12:00PM, but we weren’t led to the massage room until about 12:05PM. After the foot bath, the actual massage started around 12:10PM/12:15PM and it finished between 12:50PM and 12:55PM. While I understand there’s prep time involved, I would have preferred the full sixty minute massage. Despite this, the quality of the massage and the overall experience were great. I definitely plan on returning, especially to book with Sonia again!

I LOST 200+$ to this buisness. The reply from this business is extremely misleading. I called and asked for a manager three times and never received a call back BEFORE any of this occurred after appointment 1. For starters acrylic pedicure overlay. And the lady who did the pedicure cut most of my toenails off. I showed up to my appointment for my acrylic pedicure EARLY. They were late and then about halfway through my appointment. The technician informed me she's going to be learning how to do acrylic on my toes. A few minutes later, she comes back and VERY RUDELY tells me the appointment cannot be completed. She then tells me I can either pay 35$ to reschedule or refund my Groupon but if I refund my Groupon it would be extreme rude to her and she would loose money. I went back and forth telling her it was insane to ask me to pay 35$ and to come back for a service SHE couldn't finish finally someone else came over and told me I wouldnt have to pay to reschedule. I was pretty much guilted into giving her a 25$ tip for clipping my toenails because she was going to lose money. Just for her to not even service the second appointment so she lied. I came back about a week later for them to finish the service and they did a HORRENDOUS job I had to go somewhere else to have them remove because there was acrylic on my SKIN not to mention the fact that every single nail was going a different direction and was a different shape. Because I had booked with Groupon they had already taken the code prior to my appointment and I had another appointment scheduled for an acrylic manicure. I think it goes without saying I DID NOT show up to that appointment and therefore I would never pay another service nor would I pay to reschedule. 110$+ for the Groupons. 25$ guilted tip. 25$ actual tip to the person who did my nails. 30$ in gas to go there an back 4x and 25$ to have them removed. My first tech was rude and the service was HORRENDOUS look at some of the images of nails they have posted. And they did not say it was 35$ for same day rescheduling they said it was 35$ to reschedule at all and said the Groupon could not be refunded so I payed for a service I didn't even get.
