This was the worst experience EVER! If I had time to go somewhere else, I would have...1st off I went in looking at the menu... I wanted a 60-minute for $65. After we got in the room for massage, I was told that doesn't include oil. I'm sorry I've never had a non oil massage that wasn't a medical massage! So I went back out to menu, OK let me get the 40 min OIL massage for $65. The guy kept pushing for me to get 60 min for $80 he finally accepted my NO. As the massage was being performed, it just felt like he was just smearing oil on my back. No technique AT ALL! NO detail to ANY muscles. Then he just left, it seemed like 5min but was probably 2min. When he returned he was rubbing hot stones on my back. He asked if that was OK I said yes thinking he meant temp wise, then I said wait I only want OIL I didn't ask for hot stone, he said no problem, only 10 dollars extra. When I expressed I didn't have extra money, he threw the stones in a bucket and finished the massage so aggressively I was actually scared!!! He was upset. I only gave him $5 tip. I didn't think he was trying to let me leave! It was brutal at the end.

Honestly, I truly love this place! I go approximately once a week if I get a chance and they always take care of me. Philip is my primary therapist but I've gone to others and more than felt like I got my money's worth. There is one female there that does an amazing foot massage. I can't remember her name but it was awesome! I've always believed to massage therapy and can't always schedule one so being able to show up last minute without appointments has been my biggest selling point. Definitely worth it for me!!

Terrible experience. This place used to be called reflexology and back then it was great. A friend and I went in for a 40 minute foot massage. They kept trying to get us to do an hour back massage and there was about 5 mins of back and forth until finally they relented. Once we sat down they kept trying to get us to do an hour foot massage instead of 40 mins. About 10 mins into the foot massage the lady comes behind me and says "2 min free sample of head, neck and shoulder massage" and I said ok. She rubbed my temples for about 20 seconds and then tried to sell me on a full session. After a few times of saying no she relented. The massage overall was subpar for both my friend and myself. Just overall lack of any skill. Once we got to about the last 10 or 15 mins of the massage, my guy brings out hot stones and starts using it on my foot for about 10 seconds and then says 10 dollars to continue. After once again saying no a few times they finally relented. After that they tried again to have us extend our foot massage session. Overall, it was a terrible experience and I'd never come back nor would I recommend it to anyone else. The whole time I just felt pressured into their sales pitch and got tired with the amount of times I had to say no and it took away from enjoying the experience. Also it smelled weird in there.
