I had such a wonderful experience with Tamara. She was warm, welcoming, and made me feel completely at ease. The massage was excellent—she clearly knows what she’s doing and really listened to what my body needed. I left feeling relaxed, cared for, and already looking forward to my next visit. My massage was with Tommy: I bought a 90 minute custom full body massage, and received a non customized 45 minute mid back rub, some shoulder rubs, a bit of a neck massage, some leg massaging but mostly poking, a great left foot massage, and a lot of hot towels. We also ended early. He only used one hand except for very rare occasions, likely because he spent nearly the whole massage seated in a rolling chair beside the table, making it hard to reach with both. I noticed a knee brace, which is perhaps the reason for that. He didn't massage the areas I needed done despite me asking him to focus on them before starting and reminding him during. His nails were too long and scratched me sometimes. It was rare though, as there wasn't much actual massaging. I asked for focus on neck and lower back: He touched the lower back a single time, for about 20 seconds a side. The actual neck received about 7 minutes of attention in total, with perhaps 2 minutes of actual massaging. He got parts of the neck, but didn't actually massage the whole. I have a headache now, and didn't before. I'll quote and second someone else's review "the massage felt unprofessional and disorganized — he kept switching between body parts with no logic, completely skipped my arms, and I felt nothing therapeutic. It honestly reminded me of when I ask my mom for a quick 10-minute massage — except my mom does it better, and she’s not even a therapist." He did massage my left foot very well and thoroughly, which was nice. Perhaps it was just a bad day for him. I wish I could get a refund and get the massage from someone else. It just wasn't the experience I'd hoped for.

I had a very disappointing experience with Tommy. I’ve been getting massages for years, including here in Utah, and I know what a good massage feels like. I previously had a session with Kyra at this same salon and she was absolutely amazing — caring, attentive, always asking how I felt. But this time, due to her busy schedule, I booked with Tommy. Unfortunately, it was a mistake. There was no support under my legs, the massage felt unprofessional and disorganized — he kept switching between body parts with no logic, completely skipped my arms, and I felt nothing therapeutic. It honestly reminded me of when I ask my mom for a quick 10-minute massage — except my mom does it better, and she’s not even a therapist. Worse yet, after the session, Tommy directly asked me about tips, and then texted my personal number saying he hadn’t received them. That felt extremely inappropriate and invasive. I’ve lived in the U.S. for 3 years and never faced anything like this. Tipping should always be voluntary, not demanded or followed up like that. I had bought a massage package for myself and also purchased gift certificates for a few friends — so this experience was especially disappointing. I would feel so embarrassed if any of my friends received this kind of treatment as a gift from me. Luckily, there’s Kyra — and I can absolutely recommend her. Her approach is completely different: gentle, respectful, and full of genuine care. She never mentioned tips at all, and because of that, I truly wanted to leave her one.
