Not the best, not the worst. The staff were friendly in person, but communication was limited as they didn’t speak much English. No one asked what kind of massage we wanted—they just began. The atmosphere wasn’t very relaxing either; the music was upbeat Spanish pop, which felt out of place for a massage setting. Throughout the session, the techs were talking to each other, texting on their phones, and midway through, they asked if they could switch therapists for me and my friend. They also left the door open while we were undressed and spoke with other techs and customers in the hallway, which felt very unprofessional and uncomfortable. We paid $88 for a couple’s massage, and honestly, if it had cost more, I would’ve been very upset. I left feeling more weird than relaxed, especially in my legs. I guess you get what you pay for.
