The massage was excellent. However, the business model is a tad chaotic. The massage therapist will leave to answer walk in customers or leave to get hot stones/warm towels etc. and because of the language barrier you don't know what's happening as you are laying facedown on the massage bed. The other "issue" is that they expect you to tip $10 for a massage of 1 hour and $15 for a massage of 1.5 hours. There is a sign on the front desk which informs you of such. Hence a 1 hr massage actually costs $60+ and a 1.5 hour massage costs $115.

They don't know how to give correct massages, when I had the opportunity to go there was a phone ringing very loudly and while they were doing the massage one masseuse was talking at the other that was in the hallway. Nothing is relaxing about it. By the way, when you arrive you must pay first and they require you to give a tip, when you are supposed to give the tip later according to their service. Not recommended. The worst place I've ever been for massage.

Don't let the outside of this place or the name confuse you, the massages here are absolutely amazing. It's professional and the staff are nice and amazing masseuses. (Is that a word?). I've only had a few massages my entire life because they just never really use enough pressure or press the right places etc. It usually feels like a waste of time and I never relax Not here! I had Cici as a masseuse and she was using elbows, forearms and actually finding the spots in my back and shoulders. Communication wasn't a problem even though Cici doesn't speak much English because she used Google translate. I got the 60 min massage and it was fantastic During the massage Cici used a combination of massaging like normal, more intense action using her arms and elbows, using hot stones, hot oil, and also a chopping thing where she hits your feet, hands, and even on your head. During parts of it she even has you stretch by putting your arms behind your back and pulling up so your stretching your spine, or one where she bends your leg in a way and pushes it down to stretch your legs. (I'm not flexible at all so this was a bit painful but good) The hot stone thing was the first time I've ever had that done and it was slightly crazy. I have no idea how the heck they get the stones that hot and it's a bit surprising when they first hit your back. After the massage I felt good. The next day everything hurt. But two days after it's all great. I went because I couldn't sleep and was running out of things to try. I went from not getting more than 4 hours of sleep a night for weeks to getting 6-7 hours since the massage. I highly recommend Cici (I've only been once and can't speak for anyone else). And I'll be back for sure.
