I LOVE THIS SPA. I don't have much spare time or expendable funds. When I do indulge in self care it is imperative that it be of the utmost quality. At White Orchid I was asked multiple times to express how the massage was -- too rough, not rough enough, too warm, not warm enough, etc. I received white glove treatment and indeed felt like the Queen of the day. The atmosphere was so relaxing. The decor is wonderful but more importantly the staff was very accommodating. I had to giggle when I saw that the massage therapist was wearing shorts. Truly Florida wellness at its best.

I really miss the old location! When you walk in the ambiance was perfect.. but I booked this for my mom and I as her birthday just passed and was bragging about this place and had no idea, the location change, and so did the ambiance. That’s what drew me in the first time. Although my massager was nice she was rough and was moving really really fast. I had a massage recently and did not feel relaxed. The lady who gave me a massage was dressed casual in some shorts, I had no idea she was going to be the one giving me a massage, I thought she was just a helper. Totally unprofessional and that told me I all needed to know about the service I was going to receive. Granted they did come out with a mix champagne juice drink but didn’t ask what we wanted. I would have just wanted champagne not anything mixed and when I did ask she mentioned they ran out. The place is a lot smaller and I get they are trying to make it work but it just wasn’t it. Unfortunately I won’t be back. The experience is gone.

It was OK. I got the package 2 which was an hour massage, body scrub and a 60 minute facial. Typically I only get massages at spas, but I tried the scrub and facial as an extra treat. The price is reasonable but a bit pricey for what I received. The location is not that great, and it's not really a spa. The shower room was a closet with a shower added to it and it had the sound equipment in there as well. There isn't a changing room where you can keep your things, you change in the room you go to, also they don't have a bathroom in their office space, it's outside their location and down the hall. The water feature that was up front was half working. I thought it was more of a drip noise then relaxing, but that could just be my opinion. The massage room that I was in was the first one and the room was bright and you heard anyone who came in or left, and the view was of construction equipment, maybe some room darkening curtains for the guests who like the room dark would be a nice option. The therapist was OK. It was only a 60 minute massage and 30 minute scrub, so maybe she felt rushed. The robe that I was given was quite short and scratchy, like it had been used for a very long time or like they were hand me downs. This was the first facial I received and maybe my skin is just too sensitive, but I ended up breaking out a bunch the next day, which sucks. If your looking for a place that is not top notch and not a real spa experience then this is your place. But I don't think I'll be back nor will I recommend this to anyone.
